Do you support HTML 5?

We don't support HTML5 uploading and playback feature yet.

What plugin do I need to play Audio in my album?

For audio playback, currently we supported Flash player and Windows media player plugin.

You need to install either one of the above before you can play the audio file in your album.

Flash Player
Flash player is the defacto player for playing mp3 files only. If no flash player found the system will search for windows media player as alternative.

Windows Media Player Plugin
This plugin is the secondary choices for playing mp3 files.
You cannot play wav, wma, wma, ogg type of audio file without this plugin installed

What plugin do I need to play video in my album?

We supported 3 plugin for playing video found in your album

Flash Player
Without this plugin, you cannot play .flv type video files.

Quick Time
This plugin is for playing : mp4, mov, m4v, 3gp, 3g2, m2v type of video files

Windows Media Player
This plugin is for playing : avi and wmv type of video files.

What are all the files type that you supported?

Since we don't allow media type mixing in one album, these are the allowed file types that can be played and uploaded for each album types.

Images Album
File allowed : jpg, png, bmp, gif, jpeg
Maximum file size : 1MB

Audio Album
File allowed : mp3, wav, wma, wma, ogg
Maximum file size : 6MB

Video Album
File allowed : flv, mp4, avi, wmv, mov, m4v, 3gp, 3g2
Maximum file size : 6MB

Do you limit my multimedia content per album?

We don't limit the multimedia content that you can upload per albums.

What is my album creation limit?

At this stage we limit our user to 12 albums per type, so you can create 12 image albums, 12 audio albums and 12 video albums.

Do you support album creation and multimedia content upload by email?

We support album creation with media upload via email for creating new album only, currently updating album and uploading new media to existing album is not supported.

Supported Uploader

Currently we support flash uploader and html + ajax uploader.
The uploader has been tested to work with Firefox 3.6, Opera 10, Safari 5, Internet explorer 7 and Internet explorer 8.

Although we provide html + ajax uploader for non-flash browser, it hasn't been tested with Iphone and Ipad browser.
